Chia butter has a characteristic odor, a bit like linseed oil but milder. Don’t let this put you off. This is a fabulous butter for dry or older skin. It’s silky, not greasy and is readily absorbed.
I made a whipped body butter with 40% chia, 40% mango butter and 20% jojoba oil and it’s a lovely product. Lighter than many of my other body butters and very soothing.
