Product Description: Juniper is a straggly bushy plant that thrives in forest regions throughout the northern hemisphere. It has been used medicinally and as a spice throughout history, and as the flavoring agent for gin over the past few hundred years. They grow as scattered single individuals of the undergrowth in dry pinewoods or mixed forests or may form a stand. The plant is light-demanding but also tolerates the shade. This versatile plant grows in a variety of challenging conditions and is resistant to browse. It is widely planted as a hedgerow and for topiary.
Cautions: Dilute before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with the eyes should be avoided.
Storage: It is recommended that oils packaged in metal containers (for safe shipping), be transferred into dark glass containers to maintain freshness and attain maximum shelf life.
