Product Description: Helichrysum belongs to the sunflower family (Asteraceae). The plants are found in Africa, Madagascar, Australasia and Eurasia. They may be in almost all colors, except blue. There are many capitula and generally flat-topped corymbs or panicles. The corolla lobes show glandular hairs at the abaxial surface. The stems are covered with a thick felt of woolly white hairs. The soft young leaves are also covered with grey woolly hairs. The leaves are aromatic with a slight camphor scent when rubbed. Pointing upwards, the leaves overlap each other, almost completely covering the stem

Storage: It is recommended that oils packaged in metal containers (for safe shipping), be transferred into dark glass containers to maintain freshness and attain maximum shelf life.
