Product Description: Prickly pear carrier oil contains a high concentration of vitamin E & Omega 6 Fatty Acid (Linoleic Acid) and is used in personal-care products and cosmetics, especially in the skincare line. It’s also rich in amino acids, which stimulate collagen production to promote faster cell turnover, and vitamin k, which brightens under-eye dark circles and also promotes your skin’s elasticity.

Shelf Life: Slow to go rancid, when the oil is kept closed at a temperature below 18°C and away from light, the shelf life will be up to 24 months from the date of manufacture.

Cautions: None known. 

Storage: It is recommended that cold-pressed carrier oils be kept in a cool dark place to maintain freshness and achieve maximum shelf life. If refrigerated, bring to room temperature before using.

Please note, the International Federation of Aromatherapists do not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally, unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor, who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy.
