Product Description: Nigella sativa, commonly known as Black Cumin, Black Seed, or Black Cumin Seed is native to South Asia. Nigella sativa grows to 20–30 cm tall, with finely divided, linear leaves. Sativa seeds may be beneficial in the treatment or prevention of high blood pressure, respiratory diseases, inflammation, and cell damage, though additional research studies are necessary to substantiate these claims.

Shelf Life: Users can expect a shelf life of 2 years with proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). Refrigeration after opening is recommended.

Storage: It is recommended that cold-pressed carrier oils be kept in a cool dark place to maintain freshness and achieve maximum shelf life. If refrigerated, bring to room temperature before using.
