Alleviate nausea – Smell peppermint oil to alleviate nausea, apply to upper chest and neck. Lavender and ginger may also help. Recover from dry cracked feet – Mix 3 drops of lavender oil to 2 tsp coconut oil. Apply to feet at night and put on socks. For oily hair – mix 10 drops of lime, ylang ylang and rosemary oil with 2 ounces of unscented oil. Massage it into the scalp 2-3 times per week. Wash out as usual. For Fresh breath – Use a drop of peppermint essential oil for a natural way to freshen breath. To make your skin glow – Mix 2 drops of lavender, frankincense and geranium with 8 ounces of water. To reduce age spots – Apply frankincense essential oil 3 times daily directly on skin to remove age spots and sun spots. Sugar scrub – Add a couple of drops of almond oil with an essential oil and sugar or rock salt to make your sugar scrub or own salt. Homemade shampoo – To produce homemade shampoo add rosemary oil, lavender oil, coconut milk and aloe vera gel. Use it as you would use a normal shampoo. Can last 2-4 weeks. To reduce stretch marks – add 5 drops of grapefruit, myrrh and frankincense with coconut oil and use it on stretch marks. For an Itchy scalp – Mix basil, cedar wood or lavender to shampoo to minimize itching. To cure dandruff – Add 5 drops of lavender and rosemary to 3 tablespoons of odorless oil. Massage right into scalp and leave on for 10 mins. Shampoo the mixture out. To strengthen nails – Add 10 drops of lemon, myrrh, and frankincense into 2 tablespoons of vitamin E oil, and rub on cuticles. To reduce wrinkles – Add 3-5 drops of frankincense, lavender , geranium, and sandalwood with an odorless cream and use it on your face. Avoid applying to the eyes. As a teeth whitener – Add fresh strawberries, coconut oil and lemon essential oil then apply on teeth. Rinse after 2 mins. To thicken hair – Mix rosemary to shampoo to thicken hair and increase the quantity naturally. For body spray – Mix 5-10 drops to 4 ounces of water and apply as an aromatic body spray. For facial scrub – Add ¼ cup cornmeal, ¼ cup yogurt and 5 drops of lavender , grapefruit and patchouli oil. Rub on the face and wash it off. As a homemade toothpaste – Add coconut oil, peppermint, baking soda, xylitol with sea salt to make homemade remineralizing tooth paste. Then you brush. As a deep hair conditioner – Combine lavender with 5 drops of sandalwood and 15 drops of rosewood into odorless oil. Put mixture in a little plastic bag and dunk into warm and cozy water to heat up. Apply to hair and wrap for 20 minutes. Shampoo mixture as usual. As homemade deodorant – Mix bees wax, coconut oil and your preferred essential oils like tea tree and lavender oil for women and clove and cedar wood oil for men. As an acne face wash – To remove acne, make a homemade face wash by adding raw honey with tea tree oil (melaleuca) and apply on the face. Then rinse it off with water. As a natural perfume – Utilize 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil on your wrist as a fresh all-natural scent. Women also like the smell of jasmine and vanilla and for men’s cologne clove and cypress. To reduce cellulite – Add 2 tsp coconut oil with 5 drops of grapefruit essential oil and massage into dimpled areas
